Delivery
A florist arranges your bouquet by hand and our courier brings it to the address you give — on the day and at the time you choose.
Delivery is 5 ₾ on orders under 50 ₾. From 50 ₾ it is free.
We deliver from the day after you order. You can also order further ahead — you pick the delivery date at checkout.
Yes. At checkout you pick a two-hour window within 10:00–20:00. It is a preferred window, not an exact time.
By bank transfer — to a TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia account. Card payment is coming soon.
Yes. When you build a bouquet, write your message (up to 150 characters) in the card step and we print it on a premium card.
If the recipient is not at the address, the courier calls the number you gave. If we still cannot reach them, we contact the person who placed the order.
Flowers are seasonal and perishable. If a stem is unavailable, we contact you and offer an equal or better alternative.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before delivery. Because the flowers are perishable, a bouquet that is already being arranged cannot be returned.
Yes. In the builder you choose the flowers, wrapping and ribbon, and a florist ties exactly the bouquet you designed.
