How we handle personal data

When you order, you give us:

• your name, phone number and email;
• the recipient’s name and phone number;
• the delivery address, city, and preferred date and time;
• the card message, if you write one;
• a note for the courier, if you write one.

We do not store your bank card details.

A bouquet is often a gift, so you give us the recipient’s name and phone — they do not. We use those details only for delivery.

We do not send automatic messages to the recipient’s number. It is only used if the courier cannot find the address. A gift should stay a gift.

To fulfil the order: arranging the bouquet, delivering it, and contacting you about the order. The legal basis is performing the contract with you.

Data is stored in our database (Supabase / PostgreSQL). Server region: Frankfurt, EU. Only authorised shop staff can access it.

We keep order data for 5 years, so we can meet accounting and tax obligations.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email us: info.customflowers@gmail.com.
